Most deposits are credited immediately or within a few minutes, especially with electronic methods like Webpay or cards.
However, the time may vary depending on the bank or provider.
What to do if you don’t see your deposit
- Wait a few minutes
- Check if the payment was completed correctly
- Review your transaction history
If more than 24 hours have passed and the deposit has not appeared:
The money may still be on its way, or your deposit could have been canceled or rejected.
There is also the possibility that you have a negative balance from a previous bet, in which case part of your deposit may have been used to cover that balance.
In these cases, please review the following scenarios that could explain why your deposit was not successful.
Why can a deposit be delayed?
Some common reasons:
- Delays from the bank or payment provider
- Security validations
- Transactions outside banking hours, weekends, or holidays
- Incorrect data entered
- High system demand
Why was my deposit rejected or canceled?
This can happen due to:
- Insufficient funds or limits reached
- Incorrect information
- Bank blocks
- Payment method failures
- Multiple attempts in a short time
In most cases:
- The money is not deducted.
- Or it is automatically released if it was held by the bank.
If neither of these two scenarios occurs, we will ask you to please follow the steps below:
- Download the bank receipt of your transaction.
- Contact us and let us know that you have the receipt.
- Upload the bank receipt in the documents section.
- Wait for a prompt response!
