What you should do
- Gather a document that confirms the status of the card
- Send it through the contact form
- Briefly describe your case
Accepted documents
You can send one of the following options:
- Official bank document confirming cancellation, renewal, or blocking
- Email from the bank with that confirmation (screenshot)
- Screenshot from the banking app showing the card status
(e.g., canceled, expired, or blocked)
How to send the information
- Go to the contact form at the bottom of this page
- Fill in the fields:
- Category: Identity Verification (KYC)
- Subject: Payment method verification
- In the message, write:
“Unavailable card validation” - Attach:
- The corresponding document or screenshot
- Clear and legible files
