If you are a foreign citizen and need to verify your Betano account, you must submit one of the following valid document combinations:
Accepted documents (choose one option):
Option 1:
Valid Residence Permit
- Clear photo of the front and back of the document
Option 2:
Foreign Passport or National Identity Document, along with:
- Photo of the front side of the Certificate of Immigration Registration
Option 3:
Valid Identity Document (foreign or Chilean), along with:
- Photo of the front side of the Registration Certificate
General requirements:
- All documents must be valid at the time of submission
- Images must be clear, complete, and easy to read
Files should be submitted in digital format (photo or scan)
