At Betano Chile, a monthly maintenance fee is applied to accounts considered inactive, as established in our Terms and Conditions.
When is an account considered inactive / suspended?
An account is considered inactive / suspended when it shows no activity for a continuous period of 4 months. This includes:
- Not logging in
- Not placing bets
- Not making deposits or withdrawals
- Not participating in games or promotions
Is any fee charged?
Yes. An administrative fee of approximately $20 may be charged starting from the fourth month of inactivity by Kaizen until the balance reaches zero.
Important:
- The fee only applies if you have an available balance.
- A negative balance will not be generated.
- If you resume any activity (such as logging in or betting), the account will no longer be suspended and the fee will not be charged.
How to avoid this fee?
To prevent your account from being considered inactive / suspended, simply perform at least one of these actions every 4 months:
- Log in
- Place a bet
- Make a deposit or withdrawal
- Participate in games or promotions
