Responsible Gaming tools are designed to protect players and are applied immediately once activated. For this reason, it is not possible to reverse them before the selected period ends.

Take a Break
The Take a Break option allows you to temporarily suspend access to your account for a set period. This measure takes effect immediately and can be set for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
During this period:
You can extend the duration at any time.
You can add the restriction to other products if you wish.
It is not possible to shorten the period, remove the restriction before it ends, or reverse it for a specific product, in accordance with current regulations and the Terms and Conditions.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is also activated immediately and remains in effect for the selected period: 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or permanent.
In this case:
You can extend the duration at any time.
You can include more products in the self-exclusion.
It is not possible to reduce the selected time or decrease the number of included products once activated.
Important Information
If you have already activated the Take a Break option or a self-exclusion, it is not possible to reverse the measure before the established period ends.
Once the selected period has ended, the account will reopen automatically and you will be able to use it again without needing to contact the support team.
