How can I close my account?

If you wish to stop using your account, you can apply a temporary restriction or self-exclusion directly from your profile.

What you need to do

1. Go to Account → Profile → Player Protection
2. Select one of the available options:
   • Take a Break
   • Self-exclusion
3. Fill in the required fields:
   • Period
   • Reason
4. Click on Save changes

Available options

Take a Break

• Temporary restriction of your account
• You can choose periods such as 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• It applies immediately

Self-exclusion

• Can be temporary or permanent
• Completely blocks access to your account
• Also applies immediately

What happens after activating it

• The block takes effect immediately
• You will not be able to access the selected products during the defined period

Can I reverse the restriction?

You can request reactivation from the same section:

Account → Profile → Player Protection

Please note:

• The request is not immediate
• A waiting period of 7 days will be applied before reactivating the account
