When irregular use of a bonus is detected or there is reasonable suspicion of such use, whether individually or as part of a group, Betano reserves the right to take the following measures:
Cancel the assigned bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus.
Deny or withdraw a bonus offer from the account holder.
Restrict the use of specific products on the platform.
Exclude the user from future promotional offers.
Close the account holder’s account immediately and retain any available balance in cases of fraudulent behaviour.
Important: Betano reserves the right to request sufficient documentation to verify the customer’s identity before crediting any bonus. If the requested documents are not received within 10 calendar days, the customer will lose their entitlement to the relevant promotion.
