Check Your Bet Status
If you have a question about a bet, you can review its status in My Account → History → Bets.
Possible statuses include:
- Open – The event has not yet been settled.
- Won – Your bet was successful, and any winnings have been credited.
- Lost – The bet did not win.
- Void/Cancelled – The bet was cancelled, and your stake has been returned.
Check Your Withdrawal Status
You can track the progress of your withdrawal request in My Account → History → Transactions.
Possible statuses include:
- In Progress – Your withdrawal request has been received and is currently being reviewed and processed.
- Successful – The withdrawal has been processed, and the funds are on their way.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Check Your Bonus Status
To view your active bonuses, go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions.
There you can review:
- Available bonus balance
- Wagering progress
- Expiration date
- Promotion details and requirements
Check Your Verification Status
You can check your verification status in My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
