At Betano, you can quickly and securely keep your information up to date directly from your account. However, please note that the following details cannot be changed once your account has been created:
- Username
- First and last name
- Gender
- Date of birth
What information can you update?
You’ll be able to update the following from your account:
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Home address
- Favourite team
Important: If you update your home address, you’ll need to provide a new proof of address so our team can verify the change.
How to edit this information
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Go to My Account > Profile > Personal Details.
- Check which fields are available for editing and make the necessary changes.
How to change your email address
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile and select Edit Profile.
- Update your email address and enter your password to confirm the change.
- You’ll receive a 4-digit code via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the code to continue.
- Next, you’ll receive a 5-digit code to your new email address.
- Enter that code in the designated field within the Edit Profile section.
Once verified, your new email address will be saved automatically.
How to change your mobile number
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile > Personal Details and select Edit Profile.
- Update your mobile number and enter your password to confirm the change.
- You’ll receive a 4-digit code via SMS. Enter the code to continue.
- You’ll then receive another 4-digit code via SMS.
- Enter that code in the designated field within the Edit Profile section.
Once verified, your new number will be saved automatically.
