Below, we indicate the documents that may be requested to complete the verification:
1. Identity document
You must send a clear and legible photo of one of the following official documents:
- Identity card (RUT) – both sides
- Foreigner ID card
- Chilean or foreign passport – page with personal data and photo

The document must be valid, without cuts, reflections, or blurriness. The data must be completely visible.
2. Proof of address
It must be a document issued within the last 3 months, such as:
- Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.)
- Bank statement
- Residence certificate issued by an official entity
The proof must clearly show:
- Your full name
- Your address
- The issue date
Additional considerations
- Documents must be in good condition and submitted in digital format (photo or scanned image)
- The verification process is usually completed in a short time if the files are correct
