No. According to our Terms and Conditions, specifically in section 2.3, each user can open and use only one Betano account.
This measure allows us to ensure the platform’s security, protect our users’ information, and comply with established verification and control processes.
If multiple accounts are detected or there are reasonable suspicions about the use of multiple accounts, Betano reserves the right to apply security measures, including temporary restrictions, blocks, or the closure of the accounts involved.
Important: During certain validation processes, especially those related to withdrawals or account verifications, our system may identify matches between different accounts using information such as the RUT, address, or other registered data. When this happens, additional reviews may be conducted to confirm account ownership.
I already have multiple accounts. What should I do?
If you currently have more than one registered account, you can contact our Support team and let us know which one you wish to keep.
The responsible team will review your case and inform you about the next steps.
Keep in mind that if the account you want to use is permanently blocked, you will normally be able to continue using the account without active restrictions.
What should I do if I need to use my account as soon as possible?
During the review of related or duplicate accounts, the responsible department may request documentation to verify your identity.
For this reason, we recommend having the documents associated with the accounts registered in your name verified. This can help speed up the review process and reduce validation times.
I was informed about an account I do not recognize
If your account was restricted and you were informed about another account you do not recognize as yours, please report it to our Support team.
Our system may detect matches due to similarities in the registered information, such as:
- RUT
- Address
- Personal data
- Contact information
Each case will be reviewed individually by the corresponding department.
For this reason, it is important that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
I can’t create an account because my data is already registered
If you do not have any Betano account and, when trying to register, you receive a message indicating that your data is already registered or experience an error that prevents completing the process, contact our Support team.
We will review your case and, if appropriate, escalate it to the responsible area to help you complete the registration as soon as possible.
