Please note that canceled deposits are also counted toward your daily deposit limits.
This means that even if a deposit was not completed successfully or was canceled, the amount may still be temporarily deducted from your available daily limit.
Example:
If your daily deposit limit is $40,000 and during the day you attempted deposits totaling that amount, even if some were canceled, the system will consider that you have already reached your daily limit.
For this reason, you will not be able to make new deposits until the limit resets the following day.
Because of this, some of your deposits may appear as canceled or may not process correctly while the daily limit has been reached.
Recommended actions
- Check the total amount of deposits made or attempted during the day.
- Remember that canceled deposits may also count toward your daily limit.
- If you have already reached the allowed limit, you will need to wait until the next day to make deposits again.
- Once your daily limit resets, you can try making your deposit again as usual.
Please note that if you wish to request an increase to your account’s deposit limits, the review and update process may take up to 72 hours.
