We strive to ensure that every bet is settled fairly and accurately. To do this, we use data from leading global statistical providers and official sources from the competitions.
According to our betting rules, statistical markets are settled using data provided by OPTA, the world leader in sports statistics. When OPTA does not provide statistics for a particular market, we use the official statistics published by the governing body of the corresponding competition.
Important: We do not use statistics from Google, Sofascore, Flashscore, other bookmakers, or unofficial statistics sites to settle bets.
Statistical Markets (provided by Opta)
For the following markets, as well as combinations or variations resulting from them, settlement will be based solely on data provided by Opta:
Goals, Assists, Offsides, Shots on Goal, Shots, Saves, Tackles, Passes, Goal Kicks.

You can search for your match to see the exact breakdown of the statistics.
Markets Settled with Official Competition Statistics
For settlement purposes, markets related to corners and/or cards are governed by the official league report (for example, FIFA, UEFA, La Liga, CONMEBOL, etc.).
- Cards: Only those shown to players on the field during regulation time count. Cards shown to coaches or substitute players not participating in the match are not counted.
- Corners: Must be taken to be counted. If a corner is awarded but the referee blows the final whistle before it is taken, it will not count.
What if Opta Does Not Have the Data?
If for any reason the provider Opta does not cover any of the statistical categories, then statistics provided by the official league/event governing body will be used for bet settlement.
In the event that an official league/event governing body does not exist and/or the official league/event governing body’s statistics are unavailable, bets will be settled according to statistics from other official data providers collaborating with us.

Settlement Times
Most bets are settled once the event has finished.
However, some markets may require additional verification to ensure result accuracy. Depending on the sport, market, and availability of official data, certain markets may take up to 24 hours to be settled.
No action is required from you during this period.
How to Submit a Valid Claim?
If you have reviewed the corresponding official sources (OPTA or the official competition website for card and corner markets) and believe there was an error in the settlement of your bet, please follow these steps:
- Copy your Bet Code (Bet ID): You can find it in the "History" > "Settled Bets" section.
- Identify the Evidence: Find the direct link (URL) to the official league or Opta report that demonstrates the discrepancy. Note: Screenshots from generic search engines (Google) or unofficial results apps are not accepted.
- Contact Us: Send this information to our Support team.
