If you activated a bonus, it is normal to see a difference between the "to bet" balance and the "to withdraw" balance in your account.
This happens because part of your money is associated with a bonus and is not yet available for withdrawal.
Summary
When you have an active bonus:
- "To bet" includes your real balance and your bonus
- "To withdraw" only includes money available for withdrawal
- You must complete the bonus requirements to release the balance
What does the "to bet" balance include?
The amount of "to bet" includes:
- Your real money
- The bonus money
- Winnings generated with the bonus (while not yet released)
That is why this value is usually higher when you have an active bonus.
What does the "to withdraw" balance include?
The amount of "to withdraw" shows only the money you can withdraw at that moment.
It does not include:
- Bonus balance
- Winnings that have not yet met the bonus requirements
This is because bonus money must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable balance
Why can't I withdraw my entire balance?
If you have an active bonus, you must first meet its conditions, such as the wagering requirement.
If you try to withdraw before completing these conditions:
- The bonus will be canceled
- The winnings associated with the bonus will also be removed
When will both balances be equal?
You will see the same value in "to bet" and "to withdraw" when:
- You do not have an active bonus, or
- You have already fulfilled all the bonus requirements
In that case, your entire balance will be available for withdrawal.
Where to check your bonus
You can check the details of your bonuses, including requirements and expiration dates, by going to: Account > Promotions > Active promotions.
