Self-exclusion is a Responsible Gaming measure designed to protect the player. For this reason, its operation is regulated and it cannot be reversed immediately.
Below is an explanation of how the process works if you wish to modify it.
Immediate activation
Self-exclusion takes effect the moment you activate it. From that instant, the account is blocked for the selected period, whether it is 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or permanent.
First 7 days without possibility of changes
During the first 7 days after activation, it is not possible to modify, reduce, or cancel the self-exclusion. This restriction is mandatory and part of the Responsible Gaming regulations.
No matter the selected duration: the system does not allow any changes within this initial period.
Requesting a review after 7 days
Once the first 7 days have passed, you can log in again to the section where you activated the self-exclusion and request a review to:
Reduce the selected period.
Remove the self-exclusion.
The request is not processed automatically. The responsible team will evaluate your case before making a decision.
New waiting period if the request is approved
If the review is approved, a new mandatory 7-day waiting period will be applied before the account can be reactivated. This period is also part of the Responsible Gaming regulations.
Only after this second period can the account be enabled again.
Automatic ending in temporary self-exclusions
If you do not request any change, the account will automatically reopen once the selected temporary period ends.
For example, if you chose a 6-month self-exclusion, the account will become active again once that period is reached, with no need to contact support.
Permanent self-exclusions
In the case of permanent self-exclusions, it is possible to request a review. However, due to stricter regulations, in most cases they cannot be revoked.
It is important to consider this before selecting a permanent self-exclusion.
