My Account → Transaction History - Check if you made a recent payment attempt
- Confirm that no one else has access to your account or device
- Check if the payment method is shared
Before reporting it
A deposit may seem unfamiliar when:
- More than one payment attempt was made
- The payment was processed partially or duplicated
- Another person with access to the payment method used it
If you do not recognize the deposit
- Save evidence of the charge (bank statement or receipt)
- Check if the amount was automatically refunded
- Contact our team through Chat as soon as possible
